In this one day course you will learn the various self hypnosis techniques so that you can de-stress yourself, or your clients.  We know that stress lowers the immune system, causes us to get ‘stuck’, prevents learning and change. With this tool, you’ll be able to ‘grease the wheels’ to help change manifest faster and easier. You will learn to:
  • Understand the concept of self hypnosis
  • Banishing the myths around self hypnosis
  • Is it safe for everyone? 
  • Who can use it – and when to use it in your practice
  • Have a choice of three difference self hypnosis protocols – the 20 minute, the 3 minute and the 30 second protocol.
  • Apply these protocols for stress release
  • How to write specialized hypnosis scripts to successfully access the subconscious mind for change
  • When and how to record the self- hypnosis protocol for continued at home client work
  • How to use self hypnosis for group work
This is a full one-day workshop with demos, practice and role play . At the end of the day, you will feel confident in your ability to use self hypnosis for yourself and your clients. Included in this day-long training is a complete workbook with exercises and script reference materials. FEE:  Cdn. $600.00, plus HST  ($678).  A non-refundable deposit of $250, plus HST ($282.50), must accompany a Registration application to secure your place in class.  E-Transfer or Credit Card accepted.  A tax receipt will be available.
