Being stuck is a form of procrastination – putting off moving forward. This is a mental pattern and mental patterns can be changed or managed …but only if you or your client wants to.

There’s a comfort, as well as annoyance, for the need for change. So, take a moment and go inside yourself and check out that, in fact, you really do want to move beyond stuck and let go of your procrastination habits.

FEE:  Cdn. $600.00, plus HST ($678).  A non-refundable deposit of $250, plus HST ($282.50), must accompany a Registration application to secure your place in class.  Paypal, E-Transfer or Credit Card is accepted.  A tax receipt will be available.
